Established in 1997, Beijing Guozhuan Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Guozhuan) is a wholly state-owned subsidiary of China Patent Information Center, which is affiliated with China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
